Which means that when you list your home in Oromocto, you can expect to get 98% of your asking price (priced correctly, thats is). 289 homes sold in 2009, with 170 of them in the months April, May, June. In three months 60% of all home sales, incredible! Finally, you can expect to have you home marketed and sold within two months. 61 days, was the average days on market in 2009.
