1st Video Walk-Thru in Fredericton History!

It still amazes me the littlecond amount of video that is being used in the real estate marketplace. Not just in Fredericton and Oromocto, but in most small-medium cities across Canada, video is not being incorporated into a lot of Realtors marketing strategy.
2.5 years ago, when I got my very first listing, we did the very first Video Tour in Fredericton. Since then I've used video for all of my listings (not including tenant occupied properties). Today I'm announcing another first for Fredericton. The very first Video Walk-Thru. Sometimes a property due to its size, does not lend itself just to a Video Tour, ie this condo I just listed. We've done a Video Tour but accompanied it by a Video Walk-Thru.
Video Tour = a video and photo slideshow set to music, that helps bring the user right into the home, instead of just seeing still frames.
Video Walk-Thru = a quick, un-edited video, of myself walking you through the home, describing all the features and benefits.
