So it is the beginning of the real estate year. February is when you start to get buyers back in the car and you start getting into homes for listing presentations. Hence, my business goals for the year
But First... HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!
Okay, now for the goals:
1 - Benschmidt.tv Content - So I appreciate my viewers very very much and I do not want to waste peoples time. So I am going to turn down the dial on the quantity of videos, while increasing the dial on the quality. I only really want to get on video if there is something of interest, something of value or to try and make you laugh
2 - Production - As a businessman, you are always measuring yourself on years past, so my goal is to increase my production. I want to work with more buyers and more sellers. But this really goes without saying
3 - Network - They say it is who you know not what you know... so I want to know you! If you are a business owner in Fredericton or Oromocto, watch out. Because I am going to be calling you.
