Buyers! - Rainy Day = Best Day to View Houses

So it is the time of year when we get hit with rain, and lots of it. I find it difficult to get buyers into my car and go look at houses for sale in Fredericton and Oromocto. I understand that. It is gross outside. If you go look at 5 houses for sale, that is 10 trips back and forth to the car. Wet, muddy, gross!
But, if you think about it. A day like today is the best time for you to actually look at a home. The biggest concern I notice from buyers, is the concern of water. Well on a really rainy day, is when you can find out if a house has any leaks. Seepage in the basement, leaks in the roof, dampness in the air are all easier to detect when it is raining out.
