Don't Just Think House Hunters, Think PMQ Too

Military Watch time! If you live in the Oromocto, Base Gagetown, New Maryland, Lincoln, or Hanwell areas, and you're thinking of selling your home, you should consider listing now. Slips are expected to be out to the majority come mid March, so with a couple week turnover to sell the home, House Hunters will be coming for their house hunting trip, come April.
But don't just think about the house hunters. The individuals and families in the PMQs, would love the opportunity to view your home a couple weeks before the house hunters come in. With all that competition, homes get snapped up quick, and they'd appreciate getting into the homes before their competitors.
