Drywall and Insulation in!

So we've completed the insulation and drywall. You can see in the garage we've used pink insulation, through-out the home. The electrical panel is conveniently located in the garage just outside the man door to the kitchen.
With the gyp-roc installed it really starts looking like a house. Downstairs in the basement you'll notice we spray foamed the rim joists. The reason we've done that is, the rim joists are the hardest and most time consuming job, when it comes to insulation. Cutting out the pieces of pink insulation, putting in the poly and gluing it takes a lot of time. So contractors are preferring to spray foam now.
