Getting Ready for Tenants = Garage Makeover!!

I first got started in real estate when I purchased a property here in Fredericton, New Brunswick. It was right next to the university of New Brunswick, and myself and a business partner had the bright idea to start investing in student properties. We purchased one and loved it, so we decided to try and grow our company as fast as possible, taking on two investors.
So a big part of my work life, other than real estate sales, is student properties. At the end of this April, and the beginning on May is when the turnover of tenants occurs. I've got 20 students coming in, and 20 students leaving. Have to schedule my workers, arrange times with students, coordinate parents, fix up the apartments, move in/out inspections and handle damage deposits. A lot of work in 3 days! But I love it! Real Estate is my dream job.
So I'm all excited to show you my GARAGE MAKEOVER. My two good friend Tyler and Stan did an amazing job of cleaning, organizing and throwing out all the unnecessary stuff, to leave a well oiled, highly efficient machine in its place. So we'll be super prepared for the tenants!
