Hanwell, NB - You Need to List!

Listings are up in the Hanwell, NB area (Birchwood, Brookdale, Starlight Village, Eaglewood, Mazerolle Settlement). But the majority of the new listings are in the Eaglewood Subdivision. A lot of new homes on the marketplace there for you to choose from.
BUT... sales are down 50% over the first two month for the area at large. My thoughts are that there aren't nearly enough single family homes in the $200-$250,000 price range. If you are thinking of listing your home for sale in the Birchwood, Brookdale, Starlight Village subdivisions, you are in a prime time to sell your home. There are buyers they don't have anything to choose from and they'd like to see some selection.
