Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival and Property Taxes?! HUH

So it has finally arrived, the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival. Need to thank all of the event organizers, fundraisers, volunteers and bar/restaurant owners. So much hard work and effort gets put into this great event, and the entire city of Fredericton thanks you for doing so.
The Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival gets better every year, and this year is no exception. They have an amazing line up for us to watch: Big Sugar, The Trews, Gordie Johnson, Derek Trucks, Susan Tedeschi, Thom Swift, Matt Anderson, Keith Hallett, as well as two local Fredericton bands in the Galaxy Rising Star competition, Andy Brown and Oh No, Theodore!
Something cool that the festival has also come out with, is a new mobile website for smart phone users. Allowing us to see which bands are playing where. (Click Here)
AND NOW... PROPERTY TAXES! yaaaa
So next week we'll be tackling the very important issues surrounding property taxes. There are some major concerns homeowners have and we address these in detail with some special guest appearances. We have a representative from the New Brunswick Real Estate Association, the New Democratic Party, the Liberal Part and Progressive Conservative Party. Very interesting stuff.
Issues we tackle:
Assessing homes - is it too unclear and not fair?
Fixed incomes - are seniors being forced out of there homes
Double Tax - why are we the only province in Canada that doubles taxes non-owner occupied taxes
