Good afternoon, it's Military Watch time.... For any of you house hunters coming into Oromocto that don't mind being 20 minutes outside of the base, you should really look into Beaverdam. There are tons of homes for sale in Beaverdam right now... As of today, we've had 19 homes come on the market for sale this year. That's almost double all of last year (11 homes for sale), in the first 1/3 of the year.
For all you Beaverdam residents, you'll be happy to know, that last year of the 11 that came on the market, 10 sold. So far this year, we've had 5 of the 19 sell! So we're 50% of last years sales, and again we're not even a third of the way through 2010.
House Hunters, check out Beaverdam, as there is tons of selection, and the homes are very affordable.
