I Don't Want Your Listing!

So, I just got out a listing presentation with a potential vendor. The home has been on the market for 7 months with two different Realtors and has not sold. The price has not changed since the first time it was listed and is overpriced by about 10% ($30,000 in this case).
The owner tells me that he won't be dropping the price, he's just looking for a Realtor that can sell his home, for his price. Also, I'm told that I'm not that motivated to sell. "If it sells, it sells."
Why are you putting your home on the market if you don't want/need to sell your home? Why would I take your listing is it's overpriced and you have no motivation to sell your home? I'm the one that has to put up the expense of my time and money to advertise and promote your home. I can bet you if I bring a legitimate offer, you won't be willing to negotiate either.
