Installing Drain Tile

So the foundation walls are poured and we are ready to move onto the next step. We've sealed the foundation walls with tar to act as a water sealant.
Next we've installed drain tile. The drain tile runs along the outside of the home, in a trench that is filled with crushed rock. Water from the ground will come towards the house, go into the crushed rock and fall downward towards the piping. The piping is perforated so that the water can enter the pipe and leads out the drainage line.
Also, you can see the sewer line as well as the water line. Afterwards the rock is poured over the piping and then dirt covers the rock.
