Installing the Floor Joists

So we've laid our ground plumbing to later tap into, for when we want to install our bathrooms. We've also now roughed in the basement windows, installed the sill plate and started on the floor joists.
With the floor joists we've decided to use an open web design to add strength to the home. We also decided to use four boards for our sill plate to add extra room in the ceiling for the duct work, as this home will have forced air heating.
