May Update - Northside UP 25%!

So I've noticed a bit of a slowdown in May and the numbers do agree with this. The South-side areas like Lincoln that were selling very well have tapered off a bit and have come back closer to last years levels. My best guess to this would be the fact that buyers are a little upset that they no longer have 3.5% as an interest rate, and may be feeling like they "missed the boat".... You haven't! 4.5% for a mortgage interest rate is still PHENOMENAL!
The one area that has been going strong and is still holding is the North-side... From Nasis, to Devon, to Marysville sales are up across the board about 25% So North-side, keep it up! If you've got a home to sell on the North-side now might be a great time!
