So Holiday Season is upon us, even though it wasn't 4 days ago when we had torrential down-pouring. Basements flooding, rivers overflowing, ridiculous.
One way to tell the Holiday Season is here, is by looking at the real estate market. Listings coming on the market are down as expected, about 10-12 a day, but that will be for an upcoming Holiday Season Market Update, and a Year in Review.
It is Gardiner Realtys annual Christmas Party. We have a diner at the Asia Beef Noodle restaurant downtown on Queen street. An awesome meal every year, and then we head over to The Playhouse and watch Christmas At The Playhouse, a great play they put on every year.
It is a great way for our company to thank our Realtors and Admin staff as well as our families for the year of business... and this got me wanting to express my thanks to my own clients past and present. I have had some wonderful clients that have become fantastic friends, and for that I am very grateful.
So thank you to all my current clients, and past clients who I have done business with. I want to you thank you for allowing me to help you with your purchase or sale.
