Kijiji is the far more popular site here in Canada. In my research I was not able to find an ad for a home in Fredericton by another Realtor for over a month. BUT, research has shown that Craigslist is pretty popular in the Western provinces as well as the number one classified site in the U.S. You never know where your potential buyer could be coming from.
