I realize that when coming into Oromocto and Base Gagetown, for your House Hunting Trip, you are put under and abnormal amount of pressure to find a home. Most times you only get a week to find the home, put in an offer, get it accepted and start to remove conditions before you've left for home. Also, you may not even be familiar with the area at all, so you are not even sure exactly where you are buying!
Well in an attempt to limit the stress this House Hunting Trip produces for you and your family, I'm providing my out of town Military Buyers, a new level of service. If you have a short list of homes and would like to weed out the good from the bad, contact me, and I will arrange to view the home and provide you with a video walkabout of the home and area, and give you my analysis while I'm there on site!
