Google has jumped an enormous amount, in terms of how people search for real estate. It is most people's first instinct to go to Google when searching any topic under the sun. About four years ago Google launched Google Base, a way for merchants to upload products for sale. Well not long ago they opened it to realtors as well, for their listings. Not many Realtors in the greater Fredericton or Oromocto areas have their listings feed onto Google Real Estate. Now with benschmidt.tv you do!
