Princess Margaret Bridge Closes Today!

So I just drove across the bridge for the last time this Summer potentially. I've read articles that said the Princess Margaret Bridge will be closed for a few months, BUT the Government of New Brunswick's website has stated the bridge will re-open on August the 8. So with that to be determined, expect long commutes to and from showings.
If you are selling your home in Fredericton right now, expect to hear from you agent to be out of your house for 1.5 hours instead of 1 hour. If you're buying a home in Fredericton right now, expect to be in the vehicle for a longer period of time. If you can arrange your viewing to be in the afternoon or after supper that would be better than a 4pm-6pm time, when the Westmorland Street Bridge will be packed.
