This is a super cool feature if you're hunting for a condo in the Fredericton Southside area... the building is located at 362 Carleton Street, Fredericton NB and is an amazing building. Lots of great features including, individually air conditioned units, exercise room, social room, underground parking etc. One of the biggest selling features is the underground parking. Only 3 buildings on the Southside have underground parking, and this one in particular has a car was built into it. It's a super cool feature and I thought some of you might want to know about it.
