If you are a buyer in the Fredericton or Oromocto marketplace you have probably run into the obvious problem that most sellers do not want to enter into a rent to own agreement. You are stuck trying to find that one or two homes on the MLS marketplace willing to do soon, and even then, that home may not be for you.

There are many sellers out there that do not want to get into rent to own agreements. So we have come up with a company that will actually allow you to pick out the home you wish, and Lease to Buy NB will buy the property for you. No longer will the seller have to hold financing for the buyer. As long as it is not on leased land and as long as it is not a cottage. After purchasing the property on your behalf, the buyer and Lease to Buy Bb will enter into an agreement for two years. After the two years has expired, you will be transfered the home and be given a credit of 20% of your monthly rent payments to Lease to Buy NB!! At that point you will enter into normal financing with a traditional lender.
