So there are tons of cool new ways to try and market your home in todays society or technology and internet. One way is to try and auction off your home. You set a minimum bid, so that no one can buy your home for a dollar, and then you set a closing date, and you let the bidding begin. You can use a local auctioneer or use a website like eBay.

I have never marketed a home using auctions, and I do not think it would be a success here in Fredericton. Might be too unique of an idea for the East Coast of Canada. You would not have a large portion of the buyers in the marketplace that would be aware of the idea or comfortable with the idea.
