So I want to thank everyone that has been watching the Property Management Week... I received some really great feedback, and it's appreciated.
We completed turning over three units, a total of 15 students in and out, and it was extremely successful. I want to thank Scott, Vince, Bruce, Lyle, Rob and Stan for all their hard work. It was appreciated. The tenants at all three locations left the properties in pretty good condition. Ultimately not a crazy amount of work to be done.
