Four years ago, Fredericton first broke the $100 million dollar mark for total construction in our city. Since then we have not dipped below that number.
I've noticed a ton more construction happening in our city. There is the YMCA Fredericton, York Street Train Station, NBCC, Currie Centre, Convention Centre, Costco, and Grant Harvey Centre to name some of our largest construction projects.
It looks like to me that we could maybe surpass the $160,000,000 construction mark this year.

2006 - $130,000,000
2007 - $120,000,000
2008 - $158,000,000
2009 - $122,000,000
