You house hunters are often times put in a very difficult situation. I had a client not long ago, that put an offer on a property without ever seeing it. They were here visiting and we looked at many homes, and none were what we were looking for. Ultimately, we knew that it would only be a matter of time (a few days), before a home would come on the market that had the location, age, bedroom requirements we needed... When it did, we decided to jump on it immediately without seeing it. They couldn't afford to have a house hunter that was already in Oromocto, view it and decide to offer on it.
Have you ever been in a situation where you had to put an offer on a home without seeing it? Or has your home sold, with someone not seeing it? Love to hear what the emotions/feelings are when you go through something like that.
