You Need to List in March or April
Ben Schmidt of www.benschmidt.tv video blogs about the necessity of listing your Fredericton, NB or Oromocto, NB home in the months of March or April. If you look at Gardiner Realty Royal LePage's past ten years of 'pending' sales, we see a 60% increase from March to April. What does that mean? Well on average we have about 90 sales pending in the month of March, and by the end of April we have 150. It jumps again in May as well as June, then a real quick decline in July, due mostly to weather/vacation.
