I absolutely LOVE working at Gardiner Realty Royal LePage. I live the people, I love the work, I love the atmosphere. One of the best things about our company is that it it strongly connected to our community. Every month Gardiner Realty gives $500 to a local charity or organization in need of money. The way they select the charity is by drawing a name out of a hat. The name is actually the name of someone whom has bought or sold a property through a Gardiner Realty Royal LePage Realtor. That individual then is contacted and asked who they would like to give the money to.

This month a client of mine was selected. This buyer and his family just came from Vietnam and relocated to our community no more than 5 months ago. His name was selected and he was given the opportunity to give to a charity of his choice. He decided on the YMCA. As we all know the YMCA is building their new facility on Albert Street, and my client thought that would be a great organization to give it to.

With the donation, and the tax benefit, he also received the opportunity to have his photo taken, and a write-up entered into the Daily Gleaners weekly Real Estate Tabloid. What a feeling he will feel when he can open up the local newspaper and see his picture and name proudly announced. No more than 5 months ago he knew no one in this community and now he has his picture and name in the newspaper.

Thank you to the YMCA. Thank you to my client for choosing the YMCA and a BIG THANK YOU to Gardiner Realty Royal LePage. You have helped a local organization very much, but maybe more important, this time you have made someone feel welcomed to our community.
