Winter is Still a Great Time to Sell Your Home

So I often hear from sellers: I am just going to wait until the Spring when the market is good before selling my house. I understand this comment, there definitely are a lot more buyers in the marketplace during the Spring compared to Winter.
But that does not mean you cannot sell your house during the Winter. IN fact it may be easier! As of right now we have an excess of supply of homes compared to last year, but for the most part they are homes that have been on the market for awhile and have gone "stale"... I've seen 3 homes this week come on the market, that were great value, and had accepted offers within 48 hours. Not too bad!
So if you need to sell your home, do not just wait until the Spring. Consult with a professional about the options to sell your home during the Winter.
